We are only a five minute walk from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre which is located in the main financial district of the city.
We offer good value bed and breakfast with a private car park, and only 10 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle. Our Georgian townhouse, situated in a residential area in the south side of the centre of Edinburgh.
The Averon Guest House offers excellent facilities and is a historic listed building built in 1750. The house itself is good example of a Georgian town house villa.
