Association Of Bury Yoga Teacher

We are local yoga teachers who teach a wide range of yoga, hopefully something for everyone. We have classes ranging from Ante Natal and Post Natal yoga, Mother and Baby, Yoga Bugs (age 2½-7), Yoga'd Up (8-12), Beginner adults, Intermediate, Mixed ability, Yoga for 50+ and Yoga for Pensioners.

Ideal for all abilities, will stretch you (physically & mentally!) to go as far as you can but without any risk of injury. Ideal also for those of us who need the benefits of yoga but don't buy into the mysticism so often associated with other yoga classes - an ideal class for people of all view/beliefs & fitness levels. Carol Burke is a complete star! Got to say that she is caring and classy without being a wimp, she works you hard but will NEVER make you do anything you do not feel comfortable with.

You will always be safe and secure with Carol. I feel that everyone would benefit from yoga and enjoy it if they joined Carol Burke's yoga class. I've been attending Carol's Monday and Wednesday lunchtime Yoga classes for Woolworth's office staff for almost a year. She has unfailingly delivered a friendly and professional Yoga experience.
