From artistic programming, commissioning, festival development, national touring, cultural conferences, and managing complex partnerships and consortiums, he has a wealth of experience and dynamic skills to help achieve outstanding results in the creative arts sector.

He has worked extensively in arts within the UK and internationally. From artistic programming, commissioning, festival development, national touring, cultural conferences, and managing complex partnerships and consortiums, he has a wealth of experience and dynamic skills to help achieve outstanding results in the creative arts sector. Since becoming Agency's first Director in 2006 he has developed new vision, mission and branding for Agency. He has since secured Arts Council England RFO status, now NPO status, developed a sustainable and strategic business plan, forged many successful ongoing partnerships, produced a range of high quality artistic projects and events, and gathered a solid office based team.
