Coulson & Co, which practiced as Coulsons from 1995 to 2012, was formed by the merger of Robinson Coulson & Co with Bryden & Co and Pulleyn Heselton & Co in 1967. Robinson Coulson & Co had been established in Scarborough in 1885. The merger enabled us to create one of the largest independently-owned accountancy firms in Scarborough, ensuring we will continue to provide the best possible service to clients for many years to come. As a larger entity, we are well placed to serve new clients, while still offering the same honest, professional service and dependable, human approach that each firm was built on.
