Arrow Financial Services, located right in the commercial centre of the city of Chester, is a Chartered firm of Financial Planners owned and run by Directors Bill Hughes and Dave Jacobsen, supported by their fully qualified team of advisors and experienced clerical assistants.

Bill and Dave have over 50 years' combined experience in the financial services industry and aim to offer clients jargon-free financial advice, value for money and first class customer service.

In January 2014, after six great years on Watergate Street, Chester, Arrow Financial Services moved to our new offices, located at 4 Friarsgate, (off White Friars) also in Chester. Our conveniently located office is easy for all Chester based businesses to access and for all our current and future clients to visit. Furthermore providing a perfect location from which Arrow can liaise with other professional organisations whom may be of assistance to our clients.
