Armstrong Family Law strongly promotes the importance of reaching an agreement whenever possible, but also recognises the need for some clients to use the Family Court to resolve their disputes. Armstrong Family Law does not believe in a one size fits all approach and instead provides bespoke advice after discussing the circumstances at length with clients so that a decision can be made by the clients about how they would like to try to resolve matters, using constructive negotiation, collaborative law, mediation or through the Family Court. The use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
