We build all the major styles of loft conversions from dormers and mansards in terraced houses, to hipped roof conversions incorporating dormer windows in semi-detached and detached houses. We offer a complete service where we take care of all facets of the build process, as well as planning permission including all drawings. We also supply structural drawings and calculations, with all works being carried out to Local Authority approval. We can if required, build only the structure of your loft including the staircase and roofing works, and you can finish off if you prefer to do so. In this case, we provide a list and sequence of events you need to follow to ensure the work you complete is compliant in the records of building control. We are frequently asked to build cupboards in various nooks and crannies of our lofts post conversion, and can also offer a complete bespoke joinery service elsewhere in the house. We can provide decorators, tilers and Corgi registered plumbers if boiler replacement is required.
