Arlen Connelly Wedding Photography

I was born in Lytham St Annes and always had a love for all things visual, and people related. After many years of curiosity I was bought an SLR and embarked on truly indulging in taking photographs. My first professional work was on board cruise ships where for 18 months I sailed around the Meditteranean and North Africa photographing the passengers and many of the sights on the way. This really made me realise my love for social photography and the capture of personality and the ‘moment'.

When I returned to the UK I quickly decided to set up on my own and worked shadowing other wedding photographers picking up techniques whilst developing my own style. I then decided to go it alone and have worked independently for the last 7 years photographing hundreds of weddings across the North West including Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire and the Lake District.
