After nearly 16 years experience with one of the nation's largest gas installation and repair companies, the last 6 of which was spent in technical support and installation contract management, Graham realised that many customers struggle to find a reliable and trustworthy heating engineer/installer and who would complete a job to the same high standard if it was his own home.

With the extensive experience and knowledge gained in installation, service & repair of gas & oil fired central heating and most other gas appliances, Graham tries to break the mould with his strive for perfection & quality and is not intimidated by even the most complex systems and appliances.
