You meet the cleaner at your home before cleaning commences. You can discuss any think you like, security questions, their background, your cleaning requirements and see if you get on with them. No cleaner will turn up at your door without you having the opportunity to meet them first. We supply a replacement cleaner if your normal cleaner is on holiday. Just ring we are more than happy to help. You decide the hours we do not. The hours are based on how particular you want to be, you may want to do some of the work your self, and your budget. You are insured for £2 million against the cleaner accidentally damaging your property.
