Appleton Baby Massage

Small, friendly group classes running in two locations in Cheshire. My home studio in Appleton, a unique, tranquil and intimate space, whilst in Hale, classes take place at InHale Yoga, an airy calming space. Time is allowed at the end of each class to enjoy a natter with a nice hot cup of tea and treat. Baby massage and baby reflexology is suitable for babies from around 5 weeks up until crawling. Baby yoga is suitable for babies once they can hold their own head up, which is from around 12 weeks. Baby massage is a 5 week course learning massage techniques and strokes whilst discovering a unique bonding experience. Massage can promote communication, improve sleep, aid digestion with the relief of colic and reflux. It can help you and baby relax.
