However, we feel that the role of the independent insurance broker is to offer the best advice rather than promoting the products and services that attract the highest rates of commission. We always place our clients’ businesses with the most suitable insurer for the risk in question. This is a decision we try to make jointly with clients and is based on a combination of the insurance company’s industry knowledge, expertise, policy cover, claims service and pricing. We organise face-to-face meetings between clients and insurers where appropriate, helping take the anonymity out of the experience and ensuring that you receive the personal service you deserve.
