For members new to gyms we stress that with a good diet and regular exercise it is possible to acheive the benefits claimed by the government with their Change 4 Life campaign and publicised by all the health clubs. However it is often difficult to stick to a healthy eating and exercise regime whilst undergoing a lifestyle change but through being friendly, supportive, encouraging yet firm we aim to help you to make that change. Once you've done it staying healthy just becomes a way of life.

All inclusive membership means there's no need to worry about the hidden extras and offers excellent value for money. The price includes group classes, personalised programmes, fitness assessments, regular weigh and measure, use of saunas, use of vibration training. If you use the gym in quite periods we will also offer you greater help and support, like personal training without the cost.

We like to get to know our members and this is why we call ourselves the 'gym with the personal touch'. Our staff are qualified fitness professionals (mainly level 3) but more than this we take care to recruit people who are friendly and motivated to help our members. The gym is equipped with Lifefitness cardio and strength machines along with free weights.
