In 2001, I sat in a shopping mall in the US and watched a person printing mugs, mouse mat etc. and wondered what was going on as they produced many in the short space of time that I was watching them. On my return to the UK I started searching the internet and found the process was called dye sublimation, so I started my own printing business called Inkies, an online Personalized gift shop. As time passed, I found there was so many products which could be Personalized with images. The one that I found most fascinating was ceramic tiles so i started my second website Tile Mural Store.
