Amuse Bouche Catering is led by Paul Mortimer who has trained and worked as a Chef over the last 20 years. Paul has worked in senior positions at several of the top hotels and restaurants in the Hampshire area including the Montagu Arms and the De Vere Hotel in Southampton. He now offers a professional outside catering service for events and functions of all types and sizes, from wedding catering and corporate events to private parties.
Paul has extensive catering experience having previously catered for some prestigious organisations as well as many individuals and private parties.
