Amin Taha was born in Berlin and is settled in London, graduated from the University of Edinburgh and worked on cultural, residential, education and infrastructure projects before starting the practice in 2003. In addition to running design and detailing of projects Amin continues to teach, lecture and crit in schools of architecture. Richard Cheesman was born in Surrey, UK.

Richard Cheesman was born in Surrey, UK. Graduated from UCL with distinction and worked with Amin at Wilkinson Eyre where he continued before joining Amin Taha Architects in 2003. Within Amin Taha Architects, Richard has been responsible for a number of our recently completed residential projects. He has recently finished work on the Ada Street Project in Hackney and a full refurbishment of a period terraced house in Notting Hill. He is currently running a number of projects, one of which is a £3.5M new build mixed use building in Clerkenwell.
