Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine, sterile, single use needles (a fifth of a millimetre thick) being inserted into a specific pressure point around the body in order to restore health, balance and harmony. The greater the state of balance, the better the body can heal itself and remain immune to illness and injury.Naturopathy is a system of alternative medicine based on the theory that diseases can be successfully treated or prevented without the use of drugs.As qualified naturopath I use techniques such as nutrition, detoxification, Bach Flower remedies, iridology and tissue salts to treat specific problems.
