In December 2018 I had my third Ofsted inspection and was rated OUTSTANDING in all areas.I am also accredited, which means I am able to claim up to 30 hours a week of government funding, for 3-4 year olds and the special funding available for eligible 2 year olds.I am committed to working closely with all parents/carers to ensure that the principles of safeguarding children are met at all times, I am keen to involve parents with the activities that are carried out in my setting.During the day some of the following activities will take place:- cooking, painting, sticking, playdough, music and movement and free play. I live close to the town centre and hospital, and only 400 metres from the beach, so I make frequent visits there with the children plus the main library and museum. I also make use of the play areas in the local parks, which are only a short walk away. During term time I take the children to many of the drop-ins that take place. During the school holidays I visit all types of venue's and we have lots of picnics.
