I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2005 and worked in well-established clinics across the south of England before moving to Yorkshire in 2014. I decided to become an Osteopath after receiving Osteopathic treatment myself. I sustained a low back injury whilst dancing as a teenager, and then later I turned to Osteopathy again to aid recovery from a head and neck injury following a mountain bike crash. On both occasions I made a full and speedy recovery.
I am passionate about improving quality of life for my patients and achieving pain-free mobility for all ages. My continuing professional development has recently included postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy, sports taping and ergonomics. At weekends I can be found enjoying the Yorkshire countryside on two wheels or on foot with my husband and two little girls.
