Almond Enterprises

Almond Enterprises Ltd is a Social Enterprise company that delivers Environmental and Cleaning Services. Although we aim to be a profitable and sustainable business, we differ from most companies by donating our surplus profits to charities, voluntary groups and local community organisations in partnership with our Parent Company, Almond Housing Association.

Formed in 2005 as a subsidiary of Almond Housing Association which is a registered charity, we were set up for the purpose of meeting the Associations "Wider Role" objectives. The Scottish Government's "Wider Role" initiative supports Housing Associations to undertake projects in their communities that go beyond their principle roles as landlords.
