The directors, Paul Pearson and Guy Neilson, have over 40 years combined experience of general building repairs and refurbishment, reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance, and facilities management. Their clients have ranged from private homeowners, individual and national chains of businesses to housing associations, schools and colleges, large construction firms and local authorities.
