I work as a counsellor, body psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer in private practice in Stroud. Previously I have worked as a group worker and counsellor at Inishfree - a local drug and alcohol rehab. I hold a diploma to practise Embodied-Relational Therapy. ERT is a new form of psychotherapy, which integrates body-oriented work, psychodynamic therapy, process approaches and spirituality. My supervision training was with the Centre for Supervision and Team Development.

I am an accredited member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy and the Chiron Association for Body Psychotherapists. I am also part of the ERT practitioner group.
I run workshops and training courses on body psychotherapy themes nationally, both for organisations and through my own C.P.D. programme. These courses are aimed at providing continual professional development for counsellors, psychotherapists and complementary therapists, but are open to anyone who is attracted to them.
