I trained at Newcastle School of Physiotherapy, (at the old Polytechnique as it was then) and qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1983. My career began in the NHS, working as a physio in hosiptal wards and physiotherapy departments for several years. I began working in private practice in 1990, running a busy, city centre clinic for 19 years.
I am member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, registered with the Health Professionals Council, PhysioFirst and the Association of McTimoney Corley Spinal Therapists.
