Alison Clamp

I have been a complementary therapist since 1998 following a career in laboratories. I had completed an Open University Degree in Maths, Physics and Environment followed by a Masters in Environmental Management. During this time I suffered a series of bad backs and was recommended to a local osteopath, Stephen Ling, whose whole approach to health changed my thinking.

I became interested in aromatherapy and was interested in the oils as a means of healing without harsh chemicals. I eventually studied for a Diploma in Aromatherapy but still was looking at it as a hobby. However during the course I became pregnant and met other holistic therapists and decided to take the plunge and leave my full time job and start my own business. During my maternity leave I took diplomas in Indian Head Massage and Reflexology and started work at the Erdington Osteopaths clinic.

During my second career I developed my practice and have studied other therapies and can now offer Reiki, Hopi Ear Candling, Bowen Technique, Thai Foot Massage, Hot Stones Therapy, Nutritional Advise and Bio Detox.
