Alexander Goldsmith

After graduating from University with a degree in 2006 it became obvious that I had come to the end of my acedemic life. Throughout my teenage years i had ignored suggestions to 'take up the trade' from my family as my Step-Father and Grandfather both have professional Painting and Decorating experience operating in the Southwold and Halesworth areas. Almost inevitably, I was beginning to see that a trade would 'set me up for life' and that's when I applied to start a City and Guilds Painting and Decorating Qualification with the Construction Training Specialists (CTS) in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Before I knew it I was transformed from wearing mortor board and gown to a hard hat with hi-vis successfully qualifying with City and Guilds in Painting and Decorating (including CSCS Health and Safety) qualification.
