It is with great sadness that we have to make the announcement that Alchemea College is to cease trading with immediate effect. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience or anxiety this will undoubtedly cause our students, alumni and anyone else that has dealt with us over the years. Many of you will be aware of SSR, a college similar to Alchemea in many respects. SSR have very kindly agreed to place all current Alchemea students on their courses without cost to us or our students.
As you may be aware, Alchemea, recently ceased trading. Alchemea's management have exclusively approached, SSR who have very kindly agreed to take on the college's existing students, placing them into their existing courses to allow them to complete their studies. Alchemea have also asked SSR to contact our existing database of alumni, enquiries and other contacts to introduce their courses and training, which is why you are reading this email. So, how can SSR help you? For those unfamiliar with SSR, the company was the first audio engineering school in the UK, with campuses located in London and Manchester, and also Jakarta, Indonesia. They provide a wide range of courses and training in the fields of music, film and games, from weekend and short evening courses in software training and certification, to full 3 year degree and diploma courses. We apologise for the distress that this will cause many, especially the students who have been affected by our closure.
