When you phone us, you are dealing directly with the engineer - no call centre is involved. You are talking with somebody straight away who knows which questions to ask you to identify your problem. Most problems can so be diagnosed over the phone and we can give you an estimated price if needed.

We can offer you a true 24-hour service and aim to be with you within 40 minutes in an emergency. For non urgent repairs, we will try and accomodate your work schedule or lifestyle and offer you appointments to suit you, even at weekends or after hours - without over-charging for this service.
