The Regulatory Reform Order (RRO) 2005 or Fire Safety Order states that the 'responsible person(s)' of any buildings open to the public need to ensure that all fire safety equipment is fit for purpose (including fire doors) and face very severe prosecutions if found guilty of having fire safety equipment that is faulty or poorly maintained, this includes fire doors. The responsible person can only be sure of the compliance of their fire doors if they employ a fire door inspector (competent person) to assess them professionally.

At AJM Fire Safety we can ensure that the fire doors in any building are fit for purpose. This is through our approved fire door install techniques. 

We can install new fire doors, inspect existing fire doors & carry out any remedial work needed, as well as maintain existing fire doors.

The RRO (Fire Safety Order) states that there has to be 'a suitable maintenance regime to ensure relevant equipment is kept in an efficient state', this includes fire doors.
