We tailor each service to the requirements of individual customers to achieve the desired results for that business. Back in the 90’s I was a user of website design services with another business but I was mostly left frustrated by the lack of care and interest in dealing with services for my business, which after all, I knew more about than they did! Plus the constant difficulty in speaking to staff at the service providers, despite assurances that I would have a dedicated person! These together with costly changes to website design content, poor interpretation of ideas, & a general ‘veil of mystery’ over all services to do with website design. I felt that suppliers just didn’t listen carefully to the client, bullishly assuming they knew best. I saw a gap in the market for a ‘better’ approach focused on what the customer needed.
