Advance Employability

In early 2012 we commenced working in partnership with Kaplan Skills and Employment (KSE) initially delivering Learndirect courses in English, Maths and ECDL. Our core programme is Employability Skills and since March 2012 we have delivered in excess of 5,000 BTEC Certificates in WorkSkills through our centres in Cheshire and Merseyside. Our achievement rate currently stands at 92%. Our partnership with Kaplan continues to grow.

Our management team has extensive knowledge of the Welfare to Work and Skills Training sector. We have established working relationships with key local stakeholders, including Jobcentre Plus, Work Programme providers and those delivering other government funded contracts.

As a social enterprise we are committed to investing in the community. We have pledged to spend a minimum of 60% of our surplus on community ventures. These will include "Back to Work Grants" and local Work Clubs.
