Over the years I've gained more skills and qualifications in Acupuncture, Hypnosis, NLP, and EFT. My experience has included working both in the private and public sectors, including work in the addiction field. I also spent some time working in France as the resident Life Coach/Hypnotherapist in a 5 Star Boot Camp. Focusing mainly on Acupuncture and Hypnotherapy these days, I am passionate about using my skills to help my clients manage stress, anxiety, pain, fears, phobias, and addictions. I draw on my experience as a nurse and complementary therapist to bring my clients a unique approach to health care.
