We have been involved in the business of self storage ever since the concept was introduced into the UK in the early 1980s.
In 2003 we were fortunate to have the opportunity to acquire the Grade II Listed Swan Lane Mill on Higher Swan Lane, Bolton in the heartland of the former Lancashire cotton industry. At the time we took over, this glorious example of Victorian industrial architecture lay empty and in danger of dilapidation. It has been with great pleasure that we have been able to carefully restore and renovate the building, bringing it back to life to fulfil a vibrant role in Bolton and surrounding areas, in the provision of storage, light industrial and office units.
From the springboard of our success in Bolton we opened a further facility in Liverpool on Bridle Road, close to the Racecourse in Aintree. This has been fully refurbished into an ultra modern facility giving a high level of security and includes direct access (drive up) units.
