Activepets

Since I was a little girl I have always had a passion for animals, my friends always tease me as I have to stop and stroke every dog I see. A few years ago I took a year out to go travelling and during this time I spent a month in Borneo doing volunteer work with Orang-utans and other local wildlife at a sanctuary. I also worked on a Horse Ranch in Australia where I was in charge of taking customers out on bush and beach hacks, feeding and grooming the horses.

My time spent working with these beautiful animals was absolutely amazing and made me realise that the 9-5 office job that I was used to wasn't for me anymore. This inspired me to start my own business in an area that I am truly passionate about and a year later, after a lot of hard work, activepets™ was born.

My dog is Dougal, a West Highland Terrier.
