Alison's passion for nutrition started at a young age; she wanted to improve her own nutrition and the nutrition of those around her and was always tinkering around with recipes to inrease the fibre content or make it healthier in some way! Alison started off as a Dietitian for the NHS, a typical route after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics (from the University of Surrey). However, she soon realised that her passion was for presenting and sharing how easy it is to optimise health and wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle, so at the age of 23 she left a full time position to start doing just that.
