Kath Gorick started Abbey Road Grooming in 1989 after training under Gill East- founder of the Canine Beauticians City & Guilds 775 certificate. She then worked for Chris Behan's busy grooming salon in Ash, Aldershot where she also learned cat grooming. Kath has over 26 years experience of running her own dog and cat grooming business and is confident with handling all breeds and temperaments. As a true animal lover, Kath is caring and understands what makes dogs (and cats!) tick.so it is very rare to see any pet being ‘aggressive' at Abbey Road Grooming. A gentle touch or soothing voice does wonders to calm the nervous dog and usually only one client is seen at a time, so dogs who are either intimidated or over excited by other dogs will find their time at this doggy hairdressers reassuringly restful.
