Abbey Cleaning undertakes carpet and upholstery cleaning in both commercial premises and residential properties. We offer two types of cleaning; dry carpet cleaning and truckmounted carpet cleaning: With dry carpet cleaning your carpets will be dry in approximately 20 - 30 minutes, with the truckmounted carpet cleaning system the carpets will be damp to touch with a drying time of approximately 4 - 6 hours.

The truckmount carpet cleaning is by far our customer's preferred cleaning system. The benefits of it is, as the name suggests, mounted in one of our vans (with another mounted in a trailer unit), we carry our own water and use our own power. The truckmounted system is a powerful unit that uses steam to achieve a much deeper clean and therefore a better result. Provided the carpet is well maintained the average time between cleans with this system is 12 - 18 months.

We pre spray your carpets and then rinse them - that way no sticky residue is left behind.
