We took over Abbas Marquees in 2004. By then, it was an established marquee hire company that had been running for over twenty years. We saw the opportunity to really build on this, introducing a more diverse range of styles, including nordic tipis, overhang tents , vintage pole marquee , stretch tents and most recently the Cruck tent available from our sister company. As we have catering backgrounds, we really understand how to make a celebration work — and a lot of that comes down to really listening to the customer and delivering what they want.
Abbas Marquees specialises in weddings, and we’re delighted to have just won the Best Marquee Provider in the Country 2017 at the Wedding Industry Awards — again. It’s a great accolade and testament to the hard-working team behind the scenes.
The Abbas team is made up of the wedding and events co-ordinators in the office, the crew who travel around setting up the marquees and fittings, and the specialist team of carpenters, electricians and builders. Between us, we make sure that you get exactly the wedding you want.
