A W Physio

After graduating Coventry University in 2005 I began my career in the NHS working at the Queens Hospital in Burton on Trent. I gained a wealth of experience during this time treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and also was involved in the Hand Therapy service within the hospital. In 2010 I decided to leave the NHS to work full time in Private Practice. In May 2012 I launched the mobile physio service, A. W. Physio — the physio that comes to YOU. This has now evolved and a clinic based Physiotherapy service is now provided within Darcy Fitness at Bawdon Lodge Farm in Nanpantan on the outskirts of Loughborough. I specialise in all areas of musculoskeletal complaints and I have a strong interest in treating sports injuries. I am a keen runner myself, and due to complete my tenth marathon in October representing the England Masters team at the Yorkshire Marathon. My other sporting interests include golf and football but finding time to fit all my sporting interests in with a young family proves challenging!
