I teach Hatha yoga in Basingstoke. My style is influenced by Scaravelli, a softness allows the body to move more freely and settle into postures without injury. As a BWY diploma holder I undertake regular in service training. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga.
I teach on a Tuesday evening 19:00 to 20:30 at the drama hall, Cranbourne business and enterprise college, Wessex close, RG21 3PH.
The class is run by the Sukha yoga club. This Hatha class has been running in basingstoke since the 1970’s (not taught by me for all that time!).
This welcoming club has just moved from Fort hill school and now has space for new members.
Beginners and experienced yogi’s welcome.
