We are a Shrewsbury property investment company and we let houses to people who want to rent a house that they can settle in and think of as home.

At 3G, we seek relationships with individuals and families who are responsible tenants and who desire a tenant/landlord relationship where there is mutual respect and long term commitment. Many of our clients have been with us for many years and have moved house within our portfolio as their needs have changed. It is particularly rewarding for us when we can continue to meet the needs of people we know and trust.

We have houses to rent in Shrewsbury and currently own and let 30 properties. We have a range of accommodation from two bed terraced houses to four bed detached houses. The majority of our homes to rent are two or three bedroom in established residential areas such as Harlescott, Belle Vue, Monkmoor, Cherry Orchard, Coleham, Sundorne, Greenfields, etc.
