Liz is an experienced massage therapist, having obtained a BTEC level 4 and ITEC level 3 in holistic massage at Essentials for Health in 2009. She has since trained in deep tissue massage, shiatsu and remedial techniques including soft tissue release, and neuromuscular techniques and is currently completing her studies in Sports and Remedial massage at the world renowned NLSSM (North London School of Sports Massage) to BTEC level 5. She also holds a certificate in First Aid for Sport.
Following a successful city career Liz is now a full time massage therapist. She is passionate about remedial and holistic benefits of massage as well as promoting a fun, healthy lifestyle combining good diet, exercise and massage therapy - as both prevention and cure from injury and stresses of modern life.
She will not waste your time and where appropriate she will refer you on for further investigation.
