All of our engineers are fully qualified with a minimum of 5 year’s experience in their fields of work which include members of the Gas Safe register, Chartered institute of plumbing and heating engineering ( CIPHE ) , Corgi and national water jetting association. This ensures a high standard of workmanship to all our customers. All our installations and repairs carry a full warranty on parts and labour. Our vehicles carry a wide range of spare parts to aid our aim of fixing your problem within the 1st visit and reducing the need to obtain materials and return to complete work. We have locations dotted around London which enables us to offer a genuine local and prompt 24 houremergency service. All of our appointments are booked within a two hour slot along with courtesy calls to avoid customers having to wait in for long periods or take unnecessary time off work to wait for engineers, a common problem customers have with other companies. Payment can be made by credit or debit card in person with our engineers by using one of our mobile chip and pin machines or over the telephone in cases where you cannot be present at the property, so no need to worry about going to a cash machine.
