One One One Pilates is a boutique, fully equipped Stott Pilates studio and therapy centre, located in Blackheath. We provide a personal and flexible service including Stott Pilates, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Acupuncture and Massage. Private and Duet pilates sessions are available for a complete personalised programme of fitness. To complement your training, we have professional Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists and Massage therapists to cater for all your therapy needs.
At One One One Pilates we provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience in our beautiful and uncluttered studio. We offer classes to suit all levels of fitness, experience and age, as well as Private sessions that allow you to enjoy the privacy and individual attention of a one-on-one session and benefit from a Pilates workout custom-designed around your specific needs and goals.
Our friendly and approachable team of instructors are all highly trained and are certified in The Stott method of Pilates, which is an anatomically based approach to Joseph Pilates' original exercise method.
