Booking a taxi shouldn't be an ordeal. It should be as easy as picking up the phone, saying where you are, where you're going and when you want to be there. So goes the theory. Of course, whilst there are many taxi services out there that are good at what they do, it can still be a bit of a worry as to whether they'll turn up at the right address at the right time and take you to the right place, particularly if you haven't used them before.
