I can offer you a safe and confidential space where you can explore and express your difficulties. The first steps in therapy can be scary but quickly the relief to be able to talk in a neutral environment, with somebody that is not in your social circle will make a real difference. Therapy will allow you to explore your difficulties far from any social pressure and give you the tools to make positive changes, not only for today's situation but for life.
Over 8 years experience of working with children, teenagers and adults across a range of settings including NHS, private sector and charities in England and in France.
I have worked with people of all age ranges who have mental health problems.
For the last 6 years, I have worked In England in a specialised centre for early intervention with children with communication disorders and autism spectrum disorders. The Puzzle Centre, within the SCERTS framework (E. Rubin - http://www.marcus.org/Clinical-Services/Outreach-Programs/Emily-Rubin) aims to help families to understand and manage the very complex challenges that their children may face.
Most recently, I have worked as a Specialist Clinical psychologist within the Puzzle Centre outreach service to engage and support young children with ASD or communication disorders and their families and help them to face their complex needs in putting into place a behaviour management plan and strategies to improve the child's emotional regulation.
