Language is the main tool of communication. It underpins everything we do and consists of something more than the mere understanding of grammar. To communicate in a foreign language well, it is essential to understand foreign speech sounds and to pronounce words fluently, but first and foremost it is important to have confidence in ones own communication skills. Using the Callan Method we provide practice-based courses which master language proficiency focusing on listening and speaking skills.

Let’s Talk School of English Language opened its doors to students in April 2013 and was the first school in York to use the Callan Method as a medium of teaching English.

Our goal is to provide effective and good quality English courses at affordable prices in a friendly environment, and to help the students improve their language abilities for various reasons e.g. career development and everyday social and practical purposes.
