Keeping these values at the core, we have gone from strength to strength and now employ eight full time staff. These operate in teams, each with a designated cleaning supervisor, we ensure the highest standards of cleaning and customer liaison at all times.
In the last few years I have expanded to include commercial properties such as offices, shops, small theatres and similar establishments. I continue to work hard to maintain a high quality service and close working relations with domestic clients and businesses alike as I recognise this has been the key to success from the beginning.
Although expansion has meant more time in the office for me, I still work with my cleaning teams from time to time and keep in regular contact with clients to ensure all is running smoothly; making sure I visit premises to maintain that 1:1 personal contact and ensure the continued cleaning and service standards are maintained.
One advantage of the increased office time is that I am able to respond very quickly to enquiries and I am much more 'hands on' with organising and running the business.
